Preheat your oven to 220°C
Place the pizza directly on the rack or a preheated tray
Heat for 4-5 minutes, until the base is crisp and the cheese is bubbling

Start with a cold pan over medium heat
Place the pizza in the pan and add a small splash of water around the edge, not on the pizza
Cover immediately with a lid and heat for 3-4 minutes
The steam reheats the top; the direct heat crisps the base

Add a splash of water to a pan over medium heat
Tip in your pasta, cover with a lid, and warm for 3-4 minutes
Toss once halfway through
