REHEAT YOUR MATTEO PIZZA

OVEN

  • Preheat your oven to 220°C

  • Place the pizza directly on the rack or a preheated tray

  • Heat for 4-5 minutes, until the base is crisp and the cheese is bubbling

STOVETOP

  • Start with a cold pan over medium heat

  • Place the pizza in the pan and add a small splash of water around the edge, not on the pizza

  • Cover immediately with a lid and heat for 3-4 minutes

  • The steam reheats the top; the direct heat crisps the base
